Exclusively available to FLRA floral clients

You're the ultimate DIY bride. You've done the research, booked the venue, hired the vendors, built the timeline, and packed every detail from favours and matching PJs to the perfect bar sign created in Canva.

Then you land in Mexico and the morning of the wedding the furniture vendor is stuck in traffic, the linens arrive looking like they slept in a suitcase, and the tide came up too quickly so the ceremony chairs need to move. Meanwhile, you're supposed to be in the makeup chair, not solving problems through Google Translate.

That's where we step in. We are already there executing your vision, we've been planning together for months, and we probably have your vendors on WhatsApp.

While you're sipping champagne, crying happy tears, and trying to remember where you put your vows, we'll be making sure vendors arrive, timelines stay on track, and small problems stay small.

And let's be real, your cousin or aunt doesn't really want to be in charge either. They spent good money to celebrate you

Hi, I'm Carmen

I started FLRA because flowers can do a lot more than sit quietly in a vase.

Over the years I've designed weddings, floral installations, community projects, fashion-inspired pieces, and a few things that didn't fit neatly into any category.

That's probably why I love weddings.

They're part design project, part family reunion, part beautiful chaos.

My role is to help shape all of that into something that feels effortless even though we both know it never really is

2. We get into it

We'll talk flowers, priorities, logistics, budget, and the overall feel you're after
If you a wedding client but aren't working with a planner, we can talk about us staying onsite for Event Execution. It's not wedding planning, but carrying out your plan, you will thank us, I promise you

3. We build the plan

We'll send you a preliminary floral board to get started with something visual. You'll have 7 days to review and discuss. Then you'll pay a first instalment to secure your date and we'll collaborate up until your wedding to make sure the plan feels just right

4. You get married

This is the part you've been waiting for.
We'll be busy making sure everything else happens.

At FLRA, flowers are a way we can give back.

The REFLWR Project has launched! What happens to your flowers after the wedding? We repurpose them into bouquets and give them out to community. Know someone a volunteer, a teacher, a lonely neighbour down the street? Reach out on IG and we'll get you a bouquet to give to them. It's the best feeling in the world

We are co founders of Sayulita’s Trashion Fashion Show, an annual fundraiser that turns discarded materials into wearable art in support of Azul Sayu, our local non profit environmental conservation program. This year we had 100 volunteers, 26 designs, and raised enough money to keep Azul Sayu running for almost half the year. See you May 2027 for our next show! We open the call for designers in January!

For us, community is not a concept, it is something we actively build through creativity, care, and intention.
